1. Services

We provide private transportation services including airport transfers, hourly bookings, and point-to-point rides. All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

2. Reservations & Payment
• Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required before the service begins.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full fare.

4. Passenger Responsibilities
• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
• Excess luggage or special requests must be communicated in advance.
• Smoking, use of drugs, or aggressive behavior in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Delays & Liability
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.

6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
